How long will my delivery take?

TIS-Workwear standard products

We provide next-day delivery for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2:00pm. (As long as items are in stock)

Friday orders placed before 1:00pm will be delivered the following Monday. If Monday is a bank holiday we will deliver on Tuesday.

Weekend orders placed between 1:00pm on Friday and 11:59pm on Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. However, if Monday is a bank holiday, delivery will be on Wednesday.

All items shipped from our warehouse are subject to our next-day delivery policy.

We will always endeavour to give one single delivery where possible to minimise any inconvenience, but where certain items in your order have different estimated delivery dates this will not always be possible.

How much will my delivery cost?

TIS offers   FREE DELIVERY   to mainland UK addresses for online orders of £75 or more*:

* Delivery is FREE for all order(s) of £75 or more excluding 'Big & Bulky' orders, morning and Saturday deliveries.
- Morning and Saturday deliveries can be arranged for only £5 extra

Will there be Packaging & Handling charges in addition to the Delivery cost?

Some products including (but not restricted to) monoflex & debris netting have an additional packaging and handling charge per item to contribute towards the extra cost involved in transporting them safely. The packaging and handling charge is displayed on the product information page and is applied at checkout.

Can I specify a time and date for delivery?

Unfortunatly not at this time, but we are looking in it.

Where can The Industrial Superstore deliver items?

TIS deliver to locations in mainland UK. However, we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or remote and offshore locations.

Do I have to sign for delivery?

The delivery company will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient

Returns and refunds

The quickest way to obtain a refund or exchange your online purchase is to return it to any Industrial Superstore with your proof of purchase.
